Most things up to date, has not had annual for a couple of years, may have a couple of ADs due. Prop hoses mags in calendar . Approx 4000 Airframe and 250 hours on engine calendar expired.
Currently hangared with expired MR around 2022 in Victoria, Yarra Valley.
Owned for approx. 7 years averaging 50 hours a year.
