Join the Association

The Australian Mooney Pilots Association Ltd (AMPA) is a non-profit organization that is largely run by volunteers. You’ll find that it is a group of people that are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Mooney aircraft specifically and aviation generally.

Membership is open to anyone interested in Mooney aircraft and/or aviation in general.

As a full member, for $75 AUD per annum you are entitled to:

1. automatically receive our quarterly newsletter and
2. ask questions and contribute to the discussion forum.
3. attend our award winning Pilot Safety Program (PSP) and Mooney Maintenance Program (MMP). These run regularly for an additional (modest) fee:
4. join us on regular flyins to all parts of Australia (and sometimes beyond);
5. participate in our discounted aircraft insurance and fuel purchase schemes;
6. post classified advertisements on our website; and
7. buy Mooney branded clothing and other merchandise.

Membership fees are $75 per annum. We also offer three year memberships for $180 which is a 20% discount on the normal annual fee. You can pay either by:
